The Next Company is Tulsiani HK Infrahousing Pvt. Ltd. that Join the Sunshine Group with its incorporation on 11th October 2013 under Companies Act 1956 having its registered office in Prayagraj. It started its first project namely ‘Imperial Green’ [UP RERA NO. --
UPRERAPRJ146839], in Prayagraj having 2/3 BHK world class apartments. The Company Tulsiani HK infrahousing was the SPV (social Purpose Vehicle) promoted by two companies namely 1. Tulsiani Construction and Developers Ltd. and 2. HK Colonisers Pvt. Ltd. but in the beginning of the year 2020 the Tulsiani Construction and developers Pvt. Ltd. withdraw his share and its Director Mr. Anil Kumar Tulsiani resigned from Directorship. Now there are only two directors in the above named company 1. Hemant Kumar Sindhi & 2. Babita Aailani.
The Project Imperial Green is a going on project consist of 328 flats where 80 flats are 3BHK and 248 flats are 2BHK. The project is situated at Dabhaon, Rewa Road, Prayagraj. Project ‘imperial Green’ have to built under builder agreement with Smt. Vandana Bansal and her sons (legal heirs of Late Mr. Dr. A.K. Bansal) on 25% - 75% sharing basis. The complete details are mentioned in the builder’s agreement dt. 19-10-2013. Work is going on in full swing and expected to complete within 3 years.
